It is also in easy reach of many ski lifts and the ski school.
The apartment is on two floors.
On the lower floor is the large living room with a sofa bed, dining table and chairs and
kitchenette. The French windows open onto a large west-facing terrace. There is a
bathroom and plenty of room for ski gear on this floor.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with 5foot double bed and balcony. Also a
room with 4 bunk beds. A second WC and washbasin.
Winter
Sun and snow are the two essentials for skiing and Montgenevre normally has them both in
abundance. There is access to the huge Milky Way ski area, home of the 2006 Winter
Olympics. Also cross country skiing, boarding, including a half pipe and heliskiing.
Lots of lifts out of the village and a good English speaking ski school and child care facilities.
Restaurants in the village and on the slopes for local specialities and music.

Summer
Excellent walking, climbing, golf, tennis, swimming, riding, summer tobogganing, boating,
mountain biking. Explore the ancient fortified town of Briancon and local mountain villages
in France and Italy.
Nat 9 and Dodo 8 loved the Forest Adventure Trail and aerial slide.
