Situated off the main Samoëns valley road, our wooden Savoyard chalet is surrounded
by a 700 square metre private grassed garden which backs onto open forest.
There is a fully fitted modern kitchen, living room with open fireplace, CD player,
radio, TV both French and satellite English, large south facing balcony,
dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin/double bedroom, 2 bathrooms
and one separate WC.
In the garage are outside chairs, picnic table, barbecue, parasol umbrellas and some
outdoor games. Within 80 metres of the chalet is a Bakery for croissants and
baguettes. There is a village supermarket and a large out of town supermarket
less than a minute by car going towards Samoëns. Lac Bleu is a leisure lake
250m from the chalet with beach, summer swimming, tree top climbing adventure
park (Zip Wire), tennis courts and horse-riding. White water rafting is available
across the road. More outdoor swimming is available at a complex of pools in Samoëns.
There are 900kms of marked walking tracks and 600km of mountain bike trails. Bike and roller
board hire is available nearby. There are 8 golf courses within a 40 minute drive.
Mountain climbing activities include a Via Ferrata, a climbing wall for beginners as
well as difficult challenges for experienced climbers. Paragliding. Learn to
fly at one of the schools in the area.
The chalet is 10 minute walk from ski lifts up to the Grand Massif with 265km of ski-ing.
Extensive cross country ski-ing. Snow shoe walking.

Prices are for weekly rent of Chalet. This includes
all utilities, wood for the fire and a full linen pack
(towels, sheets, etc)
Prices are based on a 5 - 6 person occupancy.
In low season (weekly rentals less than £650) there is
a reduction of £75 per person for parties of 4 or
fewer people.
For more than 6 people at any time of year, there will
be an additional charge of £50 per extra person up to
a maximum of 8 people.
Partial week letting considered depending on
availability.
5% discount for all returning guests, 10% discount for
guests returning 3 times or more.
